Design

At K O Web Design we are passionate about what we do; as such we will not cut corners and risk the integrity of our clients sites.

The first stage of design is to hold a Product Definition Consultation with the potential client. This enables us to gather as much information about the requirements of the site and the audience it needs to reach.

At the next stage K O Web Design transform the initial ideas of the client into a single web page. This page is hosted on our testing server so that the client can approve the design before moving on to the next stage.

The third stage is when we, K O Web Design, ask the client to sign a terms of engagement contract. Once this is signed the rest of the site will be constructed within 14 days and hosted on its own domain. Where possible we prefer to set up the domain name (web address) and web space (hosting) for our clients so we can help keep costs to a minimum by choosing the most suitable solution. If a client already has a domain it is not a problem but we would need all login details to be able to put the site online.

At K O Web Design we give our clients 14 days from contract signature to make any changes to their web site. This gives peace of mind that those last minute changes can be implemented at no extra cost.
