Terms of Engagement

• All prices exclude VAT
  VAT will be added to the invoice only where applicable.
• All work, including web related documents, graphics and written work, remains property of K O Web Design until the invoice is paid in full.
• All Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. If work is extended past 14 days from start of design then relative progress payments may be required.
• Invoices outstanding for one or more months may incur interest at the rate of 22% per annum, and all collection costs incurred through the recovery of this debt will be payable solely by the client (individual, organisation, company or partnership).
• The client is fully responsible for proof reading the written content of the work, and advising K O Web Design of necessary changes in due course.
• The client agrees to, and acknowledges that K O Web Design and/or their agents may give to and seek from any credit reporting agency, and/or credit providers that may be named in a credit report issued by a credit provider, information about the Customer’s credit worthiness and/or credit history.
• The client or Director(s) of the company agree to give a personal guarantee. As such, agree to be personally liable, and will pay all outstanding amounts and associated costs should the client, company/partnership cease trading or become insolvent.
